Frequently Asked Questions
My player's name is not in the jersey or hoodie dropdown list. How do I get that fixed?
First and foremost, every SYHA player must have an officially registered number. Please email Board Member Drew Hahn at drew.hahn@scarsdalehockey.com with your player's name and number request (please provide top 3 choices).
What is the delivery time for items I order?
In general, everything available in the SquadLocker store should arrive within four weeks of being ordered. Stitched items take three weeks. Items designated as "express" take 5-7 business days if they are the only items in your cart (so separate express from non-express items). The fully sublimated items (jerseys, socks and replica hoodies) take 10-20 business days (even though the website may give a longer estimate).
Items ordered from Stick Bandits ship within 48 hours.
My helmet/stick/skate/car/water bottle sticker has a clear coating in front. How do I install it?
The stickers have a removable protective coating. As shown in these videos, you first cut the sticker out but leave protective coating around the actual sticker. Place the sticker where you want it. Once you have confirmed the position, rub from the center outward to adhere it. A credit card often works well to ensure it is placed firmly. Finally, starting with one edge, slowly remove the clear coating.
How are shipments and returns handled?
All items are drop shipped directly to you and all returns are facilitated through SquadLocker or Stick Bandits.
