2024 - 2025 Coaches

Paul Stuetz

Paul has been coaching for over 25 years and has coached nearly 5,000 children and adults, including both youth and adult learn to play programs. CEP Level 3.

Jon Waldman

Jon is a SYHA Board Member and long-time ice hockey player and coach. CEP Level 4.

Jeffrey "JJ" Michaels

JJ has over 25 years of hockey coaching experience at all levels of hockey ranging from 8U all the way to the NHL. CEP Level 5. JJ is also the 8U - 12U Skills Development Coordinator. 

Zack Kaplan

SYHA's President has been a lifelong ice hockey fan and player. Zack played youth hockey through high school, played college hockey at the University of Pennsylvania, and continues to play in an adult league in the Westchester area. CEP Level 2.

Anthony Felice

In addition to coaching SYHA's 14U Maroon team and leading our Lady Raiders program, Coach Anthony is also a coach at Rye Country Day School and Manhattanville College and has coached elite travel teams in the New York and Connecticut areas for over 20 years. CEP Level 4.

Dave Dragone

Coach Dave has coached with the Westchester Vipers as well as the South Westchester Blackhawks and had an extensive playing career, including two years in the USHL for the Wisconsin Capitals and two years with SUNY Potsdam. At Potsdam, he was twice an All-American, led them to a conference championship and was inducted to the Potsdam Hall of Fame in 2016.

Anthony Felice

Jeff Reich

Coach Jeff has been with the SYHA organization for many years, serving as SYHA Vice President from 2014 – 2020 and being Head Coach of a number of our teams at the 8U through 16U levels. He was the Head Coach of our 16UTB team in 2023 - 2024. He is also General Counsel and Advisor for the Bearcat Hockey Academy. CEP Level 4.

Alex Munoz

Coach Munoz is a Varsity Hockey coach with the Mount Pleasant Ice Cats and a Varsity Lacrosse coach at Hastings High School. Earlier in his career, Coach Munoz served in the U.S. Army and, after serving in Desert Storm and finishing college, and was drafted into Major League Lacrosse.
